Hoppers – Parents & Toddlers Groups in Wymondham

Whether you are a mum, dad, grandparent or simply helping someone else with his or her small child, then Hoppers is for you. It’s a place to build friendships and a support network in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

We offer a safe and well-equipped place to meet with other pre-school children (0-3 years) and their carers, with a team of friendly volunteers on hand to make your morning pleasant and relaxing.

Join us after Hoppers on Mondays and Wednesdays for 45 minutes for an opportunity to explore faith and what the Bible is all about

Please bring a packed lunch for you and your children as we have a relaxed time discussing some big questions

Contact helen@hopecommunitychurch.co.uk for more details

Additional Needs Hoppers

Along side our parent toddler group we also hold a dedicated Additional Needs group on alternate Wednesdays in term time. This is a really welcoming space with experienced volunteers who are here to welcome your children pre or post diagnosis in a low sensory environment at a pace that suits them.

The Village Cafe

It takes a village to raise a child…

Following several successful cafe evenings run on a Monday during Ignite, we’re going to continue with some more specific themes over the coming weeks. We’re changing the name from Parent Cafe to The Village Cafe as we want anyone who is involved in raising and supporting teenagers to feel that can come along.

The dates are as follows:
22nd April – Smartphones and your teen
20th May – Teenagers and mental health

The evenings are designed to be very informal, with a key focus on ‘we’re all in this together’. We have coffee and cake and an emphasis to chat together, support through shared experiences, and have the opportunity to discuss our theme for the evening. The discussion will usually be stimulated by watching a short video and some pre-prepared questions, but nothing too heavy!! We will have folks join us who have more experience to help lead us too, and will be able to offer further suggestions to access additional resources.Do come along to the evenings, and please invite friends or family members who you may feel will benefit from our times together.
