The Hub Project

The Hub Community Project is an initiative of Hope Community Church. It is a separate charitable body that provides an opportunity to meet community needs and assist vulnerable people of all ages in South Norfolk and beyond.

The Hub, WhymondhamThe Charity was set up in Wymondham in response to the growing needs of our community at a time of growing recession and mounting challenges.

Hoppers

Hoppers is a toddlers groups meeting weekly at The Hub in Wymondham, Barnham Broom Village Hall and Wicklewood Village Hall.

A well equipped safe environment with a wide variety of toys, crafts and healthy refreshments where people can build friendships and a support network in 
a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

Dads’ Hoppers for dads and their toddlers meets on the second Saturday each month at The Hub, Wymondham.


Cup of Caring

Cup of Caring is a support group for carers and those they care for. Meals, outings, themed meetings with reminiscence resources.

Meeting on the second and last Thursday of the month between 10.30am – 12.00pm at The Hub, Wymondham.

The Space

The Space is a place to hang out, play games, grab a drink, use the free WiFi, do some homework and chat to a member of the youth team.

A place to come, relax, be yourself and get to know the team and other young people. The Space runs during the school term and is open to all secondary aged young people.

Running during school term time and open to all secondary aged youth. Thursdays 3.15pm – 5.15pm at The Hub, Wymondham.

Meeting Point

Meeting Point is a weekly meeting for those feeling alone or isolated. An opportunity to make new friends, refreshments included.

Meeting 10.30am – 12.00pm Fridays at the Roman Catholic Church, Norwich Road, Wymondham

The Zome

The Zone is a place for families to go and spend time together; playing games, making things or just talking. For adults and children to catch up and feel supported – giving them a sense of ‘belonging’ and encourage positive family development.

Meeting 2.00pm – 4.00pm on the first Saturday of the month at The Hub, Wymondham.

Boost: ESOL

Boost: ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages)

Free English lessons for all Nationalities, 
all levels catered for.

Conversation 
and grammar lessons. 

ESOL meetings 6.30pm – 8.30pm Tuesdays at The Hub, Wymondham.
